1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the NeatFox Cleaning Agency website (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and NeatFox Cleaning Agency ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Service Description
NeatFox Cleaning Agency provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Regular house cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
- Deep cleaning and spring cleaning
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Office and commercial space cleaning
- Window and pressure washing
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
- Disinfection and sanitization services
All services are performed by trained and insured cleaning professionals using eco-friendly products and professional equipment. Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling requirements.
3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the premises to be cleaned
- Remove or secure valuable items, fragile objects, and personal belongings
- Provide adequate lighting and electricity for cleaning operations
- Notify us of any specific cleaning instructions, areas to avoid, or special requirements
- Be present during cleaning services or designate an authorized representative
- Pay service fees promptly according to the agreed terms
- Report any concerns or issues within 24 hours of service completion
You are responsible for ensuring that children and pets are secured during cleaning operations. We are not liable for injuries to pets or children who are not properly secured or supervised.
4. Booking and Payment Terms
4.1 Booking Process
All service bookings must be made through our website, phone, or approved booking platforms. We require at least 24-48 hours advance notice for most services, with longer notice periods recommended for deep cleaning and commercial services.
4.2 Service Confirmation
Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a service confirmation including date, time, scope of work, and pricing details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash (exact amount preferred)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- GCash and other digital payment platforms
- Bank transfers for commercial accounts
4.4 Pricing
Service pricing is based on the scope of work, size of premises, frequency of service, and special requirements. All prices are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) and may be subject to applicable taxes. Additional charges may apply for services outside our standard coverage area or for extra services not included in the original booking.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
5.1 Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel or reschedule services with the following notice periods:
- Regular Services: 24 hours notice required
- Deep Cleaning: 48 hours notice required
- Commercial Services: 72 hours notice required
Cancellations made within the required notice period are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than the required notice period will be charged 50% of the service fee. Same-day cancellations may be charged the full service fee.
5.2 Cancellation by NeatFox
We reserve the right to cancel services due to:
- Extreme weather conditions affecting safety
- Health emergencies or force majeure events
- Unsafe working conditions at the premises
- Payment-related issues
In such cases, we will work to reschedule your service at no additional cost or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
6. Service Quality and Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services and stand behind our work with the following guarantees:
- 100% satisfaction guarantee on all cleaning services
- Free re-cleaning within 48 hours if you are not completely satisfied
- Fully trained, background-checked, and insured cleaning professionals
- Use of eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products
- Fully maintained and professional cleaning equipment
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns promptly.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Insurance Coverage
NeatFox Cleaning Agency maintains comprehensive liability insurance coverage including:
- General liability insurance
- Property damage coverage
- Workers' compensation insurance
- Bonded employees and contractors
7.2 Limitations of Liability
While we exercise utmost care in performing our services, our liability is limited to:
- Direct replacement or repair of damaged items caused by our negligence
- Maximum coverage amounts as specified in our insurance policies
- Excludes damage to fragile, antique, or improperly maintained items
- Excludes damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or normal wear and tear
7.3 Claims Process
Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We reserve the right to inspect the premises and damaged items before processing claims. Claims are subject to verification and documentation requirements.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
8.1 Information Collection
We collect information necessary for providing our services, including:
- Contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- Property information and access requirements
- Service preferences and special instructions
- Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers)
8.2 Information Use and Protection
We use your information solely for providing services, communication, and billing purposes. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and do not sell or share it with third parties except as necessary for service delivery or legal compliance.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the NeatFox website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NeatFox Cleaning Agency and is protected by Philippine and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
The NeatFox name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of NeatFox Cleaning Agency. Users may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
10. Force Majeure
NeatFox Cleaning Agency shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, utility failures, or other force majeure events.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this service agreement at any time with appropriate notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who violates these Terms or engages in inappropriate behavior toward our staff.
Upon termination, all outstanding charges must be paid, and any scheduled services will be cancelled according to our cancellation policy.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation through accredited mediation centers in the Philippines
- Arbitration under the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRCI) rules if mediation fails
- Courts of Quezon City for legal proceedings if arbitration is not applicable
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms provided at the time of service booking, constitute the entire agreement between you and NeatFox Cleaning Agency regarding the use of our services.
